Welcome to sociology. This site is designed to do many things. My goal is to prepare students for the CLEP Exam in sociology, which is an exam to allow students to place out of college sociology. The exam is 100 questions long and requires a passing grade of 70 to earn college credit at most universities. There is no doubt in my mind that if students put out the effort, they can pass the test!

Taking and passing the CLEP Exam will save you both time and money. Upon completion of the test, the test administrator will print out a full Candidate Score Report for you immediately. This means that you will know when you leave the test whether or not you've passed the test. This report can be kept confidential or sent out to any number of colleges of your choosing.

The CLEP can be broken down into the 13 topics listed on the left. I will cover all this material in class and then some. Each topic is linked to its own page, which is full of pictures, notes, assignments, helpful links and of course, your wonderful assignments. This class is more than a regular elective high school credit, it is an opportunity for all of you to get your college career underway. This is going to be exciting!

Let's get ready to Craaaaaaaaaaaaam-Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam.

So why the picture?

First of all I was messing with photoshop and found it neat how you could put your face on another pic. Second, this is how I perceive my forehead in the mirror. The Looking Glass Self!!
